Responsibilities: We have an immediate opening on our Customer Support team, reporting to the Manager, Customer Support, Online Solutions. You will provide superior customer support for LexisNexis® online solutions, including research and technical assistance to subscribers of the Quicklaw® and LexisNexis® online services. You will also sell the value of LexisNexis products.

 

Qualifications: You have exceptional interpersonal skills and are fully bilingual. You have a strong knowledge of Windows® operating systems including troubleshooting Internet connectivity problems and web browsers. Knowledge of the legal system or legal terminology is an asset. Flexibility to work evenings, some weekends, and some holidays is required.

 

Type of Employment: Contract, Part-Time
