Time Matters and PCLawTM Billing & Accounting Software has an extensive network of Certified Independent Consultants (CICs) in Canada and other countries. The customer contracts directly with the Consultant. CICs must attend certification classes at the Time Matters Training Centre or at a regional training facility and pass both written and oral exams.
