Published by the Law Society of Upper Canada through
LexisNexis Canada, the Ontario Reports, Third Series provides
in full text, leading cases decided at all levels of Ontario courts.
At least one case per bound volume is presented in French as well as
in English. The majority of cases chosen for inclusion in the Ontario
Reports are published within three months of their release by the court.
Published 52 times per year, the softcover parts also contain official Law Society notices (i.e., Practice Directions, Practice Resources and Tribunal Decisions), government notices of interest to the legal profession, fee schedules, lawyers announcements and advertising. A personally addressed copy is sent to each of the Law Society’s members each Friday.
The Editorial Board members, all members of the Law
