Technical Help - Older Versions of QUICKLINK QUICKLINK PRO™ 1.04.17 for Windows 95,
Windows 98, and Windows Me QUICKLINK PRO 1.04.17 for Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows Me QUICKLINK PRO for Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows Me allows you to select the interface you use to access Quicklaw. You can use the new web-style QUICKLINK Browser Interface (QBI) or the original Classic Interface. The QBI provides full HTML display and several features that make navigating and searching easier – such as search templates, easy access to case summaries and QuickCITE™ records, enhanced date range searching, scroll bars, the ability to locate the next or previous highlighted search terms in a document, and extra print features. If you choose the QBI, Microsoft® Internet Explorer (MSIE) version 5.01 or later must be installed on your computer. However, to use this interface, you do not have to be connected to the Internet and do not need an Internet account. (If you do not have MSIE 5.01, you can download it from Microsoft's web site.* If you need help downloading or installing MSIE 5.01, or have questions about other Microsoft software, please contact Microsoft Customer Support.) * If you do not have MSIE 5.01 and do not wish to download it to use the QBI, you can still download QUICKLINK PRO and use the Classic Interface. Download the file to your hard drive, then double-click the file. It will decompress itself into the folder in which it was downloaded. From File Manager, double-click the setup.exe file and follow the on-screen installation instructions. Download Software (Version 1.02.10, File Size 1.8 MB) QUICKLINK 1.7 for Windows 95 and Windows 3.1x QUICKLINK 1.7 for Windows 95 and Windows 3.1x is a compressed file. If you don't have decompression software, download WinZip™ and install it first. Download Software (Version 1.7.27, File Size 500K) QUICKLINK 1.7.27 update (qlwn.exe file only) If you have an older version of QUICKLINK 1.7, download the qlwn.exe file and copy it into the directory in which your QUICKLINK files currently reside. Download Software (440K) QUICKLINK PRO 1.04.17 for Macintosh Power PC QUICKLINK PRO for Macintosh Power PC is a self-extracting archive. If you have a newer browser, download the binary file. If you have an older browser or have problems with the binary file, download the binhex version. Download the file to your hard drive. Unless your browser is configured to automatically decompress archives, double-click the file to decompress it into the folder in which it was downloaded. Open the QL PRO folder, double-click the QUICKLINK PRO Installer, and follow the on-screen instructions. Download
